Studiyng maths had not been the dream I have actually always from my childhood, it was once suggested to me when I was at 6th form and after some research I knew my mind was made up. Although I have succeeded in maths I have actually had to work extremely hard as well as be extremely identified. My motivation comes from the love and passion I have for the subject. This is what I wish to convey through my mentor and also encourage children that they don't have to be naturally smart to do the best in tests as well as A levels. You simply have to have a passion for the subject which influences you, to keep your head down and work hard. With this positive mindset, enhancements could be made fast which is how I wish to improve my trainee's work with inspiration and the belief that they can succeed with focus and study.
What fosters me to work hard is the complete satisfaction of finishing a question that you have actually struggled with or have had to go with a very long procedure to get the response. To sum up, I enjoy trouble fixing and obtaining a much deeper understanding for things that I want. To me there is an appeal in mathematics that originates from that everything fits together so completely and that complex points could be streamlined with general solutions that make challenging theses or ideas clear or at least easier to recognise.
